Our Hopper Bottom Cones are available for new or existing grain bins.

  • Bin Cones are painted inside and out.12’, 14’, & 15’ diameter cones are generally built in one piece, but can easily be built in two halves if shipping is an issue
  • 18’-27’ diameter cones are built in two halves
  • Standard hopper slope: 12’ – 45°, 14’& 15’ – 40°, 18’& 21’ – 38°, 24’& 27’ – 35°
    45° degree slope available on all cones
    See chart below for more information about bin cone slopes and added bushel capacity
  • One-piece cones are an option in 18’ & 21’ diameter if shipping is not too far from factory

All Hoppers come standard with heavy duty rack & pinion hatch and manhole entrance with cover. Bin cones are all steel construction with square tubing legs and bracing. Each hopper cone is custom built for the bin that it will go under and will work with any grain bin manufacturer.
